McMaster, McIntyre & Smyth, LLP has been serving clients in the west Toronto area since 1902. The firm is currently comprised of four lawyers and their support staff. The firm operates a general practice and has broad experience in estate planning and administration, wills and trusts, residential and commercial real estate transactions and corporate commercial practice.

William (Sandy) Alexander McIntyre

Much like Jim, Sandy also has an extensive understanding of estate planning and administration. Sandy provides estate planning seminars to such groups as Revenue Canada and the City of Toronto. He has been a speaker at Continuing Legal Education programs, has been an instructor at the Bar Admission Course at the Law Society of Upper Canada and is the author of Practical Wills Drafting, Butterworths, 1992. Sandy obtained his B.A. in 1976 and his law degree in 1979 both from Queen's University. He was called to the bar in 1981.
