McMaster, McIntyre & Smyth, LLP has been serving clients in the west Toronto area since 1902. The firm is currently comprised of four lawyers and their support staff. Alan Stephen Kay

Alan's background has emphasised tax and business law. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial services, and contract and will drafting. Alan obtained his B.Comm. from Saint Mary's University and received his Masters of Business Administration and Bachelors of Law degrees from York University in 1992. He was called to the bar in 1994.
